Annual Athletic Passes are on sale at the cashier's window. These passes along with a photo ID are good for all HOME athletic events this year - District, Regional, and State tournaments excluded. Student passes are $40 Adult & Family passes are also available. 


STUDENTS-The use of headphones, ear buds, and/or cell phones is allowed during lunch and class changes only. If you are sent out of class with a pass, that is NOT the time to be using these devices and they should not be seen. Thank you for your cooperation so that we may keep the privilege to use these devices on campus altogether.


Seniors! Don't forget; full senior pages in the yearbook are available in the yearbook for $150. For $195, you can get a full color senior page and a yearbook; a savings of $75 over buying a book and a page individually. Pay at the cashier's window, then get in touch with Mrs. Walther for details.


Att all students: The Blueberry Festival is having a t-shirt design contest. Turn in your designs to the front office by March 31st. There will be a $100 cash prize for 1st place. The theme of the design needs to stress blueberries and that it is the 20th anniversary of the Blueberry Festival.


Any student who earned Microsoft Certification at Jenkins or earned it freshman year at PHS need to stop by room 133 and see Mrs. Seitz about graduation cords



Putnam County Fair is having a Youth Hay Bale Decorating Contest on March 16, 2017.  They are asking youth groups, clubs, and youth organizations to participate in this event.  Entry is limited to the first 10 groups that apply.  The theme is "Homegrown, Handmade, and Farm Fresh." If your group or organization is interested, please contact Paula Adams for more information at 336-2807.  There are also informational flyers available in Guidance.  Deadline to apply is March 3, 2017.  


If you are taking the CPT on March 9 at SJRSC and need some help with the math portion of the test, Ms. Ingram is having CPT Math Study Sessions Monday through Friday in room 522 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.  She will do this until March 8. See her for more information. 


PHS students are invited to attend a matinee showing of Les Miserables on Friday, May 12 at 9:30 am for a discounted price of $10 per ticket and $2 for the bus.  Students who attend will be excused from classes.  50 tickets are currently reserved and will be sold first come, first served.  If all 50 are sold, we will ask for more tickets.  Please pay your $12 to Mrs. Keene at the cashiers window.


Students in Grades 9-11 DO NOT need to submit the Acceleration Application that appears in Parent Portal when you log in if you are planning to STAY at Palatka High School next year.  This application is for students in grades 5-8 who are choosing one of the new acceleration options in the school district.


11th grade students taking SAT on Wednesday 3/1/17:

1. Bring a calculator! Pencils. Snack.

2. BE ON TIME!!!!

3. If you received an admission ticket in the mail,   bring it with you on test day.

Breakfast will be in the commons on Wednesday March 1st.

Breakfast will also be served to teachers and staff who are assisting with testing on Wednesday.



The Girls Flag Football Team still have slots available on the roster who wish to participate in the 2017 season. We only ask that you are serious and will be dedicated to the sport everyday. If you are serious, please contact Coach Polite no later than Wednesday, all paperwork must be completed by Friday.
